A caravan park has been built on an urban plot in Aichach with ablution and disposal facilities. The camp is close to tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool and a playground. The city is within walking distance.
The project was funded by 30,000 € from EU subsidies within the framework of the “LEADER+” initiative.
The Schweiger company was responsible for the roadworks and municipal employees installed the ablution and disposal facilities. The facility includes a coin machine.
For 1 € you can get 50 to 80 litres of water. The disposal of waste water and the sewerage tank is free of charge. The occupancy fee is 5€.
The construction of the caravan park was set in motion mainly by the Schleef couple and Mr Bischler. On 4 July 2004, the caravan park was finally opened.
